These Terms of Service apply to all purchases and use of the Varyelles Hair website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. ABOUT US

2. PRODUCTS

Our wigs are made of human hair. Each unit is unique: slight natural variations in texture, color and density are normal and are not defects. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Some lifestyle images on our website are digitally created to show how a style can look when worn. Product photos show the actual item.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) or US dollars (USD) depending on your location. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

4. ORDERS

We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or unavailable stock. If this happens after payment, you receive a full refund.

5. SHIPPING

Delivery times and rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

6. RETURNS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS

One discount code per order. Welcome codes are valid once per customer. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and may end at any time.

8. FREE MYSTERY GIFT

From time to time, we may include a surprise gift in some orders. Surprise gifts are not guaranteed, have no cash value and cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. PRODUCT USE

Follow the care instructions provided with each product. For hair care products, do a patch test before first use and stop using the product if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website (images, videos, texts, logos) belongs to Varyelles Hair and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Varyelles Hair is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

13. CHANGES

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
